1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Delays: While we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, please note that there may be slight delays during high-volume seasons (such as holidays or special promotions). We will notify you if there are any significant delays with your order.

Pre Orders:
All pre-order items require approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. This timeframe begins from the date your order is placed. (see section 7 for more information)
2. Packaging
We take pride in our packaging, ensuring that your luxury swimwear arrives in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packed in a premium, eco-friendly box or dust bag, complete with your order details and a personalized thank you note.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking or your order’s status, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Missing or Lost Shipments
While we aim for every order to arrive on time, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is safely delivered.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the change before the item ships.
6. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information on potential fees before placing your order.
7. Pre Orders
- All pre-order items require approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. This timeframe begins from the date your order is placed.
- Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your full order will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you require separate shipping, please contact us.
- As all pre-order items are made to order, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once your order has been placed. Please ensure all details are correct at checkout.
